I was recently reading this commentary by Let God Be True about the importance of surrounding yourself with wise people aka those who make good decisions and encourage others to do the same. One of the best pieces of counsel I have ever received is to watch who is around me and I want to motivate you to do the same. Think long and hard if the friends you have are truly what is best for you and also continue to get mentors/counselors who can help teach you and push you in the best direction.
